Documentation Process has been developed to provide an insight into the activities that are executed by the Documentation team in association with the Project team, to create and maintain various technical support documents that are provided to the client along with the developed system. This process is basically sub-process which applies to every project and plays a vital role in bridging the gap between the said requirements of the client and the finished application, thus ensuring customer satisfaction.
